These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Website, including all multimedia content, video highlight reels, trailers, documentary excerpts, still images, inquiry forms, and related digital services made available through the Website.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE BROWSING OR USING THE WEBSITE. 1. Scope & Relationship to Client Production Contracts
These Terms govern general website visitors, prospective clients submitting inquiries, and anyone accessing our digital media.
Important Notice Regarding Wedding Videography Bookings:
These Terms do not constitute a wedding videography production agreement. Booking Stafford Films for an event, date reservations, deliverables, pricing, turnaround schedules, payment milestones, and specific media licenses are governed exclusively by our formal, countersigned Wedding Videography Client Agreement. In the event of any direct conflict between these Website Terms of Use and a signed Client Agreement, the terms of the signed Client Agreement shall strictly supersede and govern.
2. Intellectual Property, Copyright & Anti-Scraping Protections
A. Exclusive Ownership of Creative Assets
The Website and its entire contents—including, but not limited to, all cinematic wedding films, teaser reels, highlight videos, documentary edits, ceremony cuts, drone/aerial footage, still frames, audio recordings, soundtracks, visual designs, color grades, text copy, graphic assets, logos, brand names, and software code—are the exclusive intellectual property of Stafford Films and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade dress, and intellectual property laws.
B. Limited Personal Viewing License
Stafford Films grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and view the Website and its embedded media solely for your personal, non-commercial evaluation of our wedding videography services.
C. Strict Restrictions on Use, Downloading & Ripping
Except as expressly authorized in writing by Stafford Films, you must not:
Download, rip, screen-record, scrape, capture, reproduce, re-encode, or copy any video, audio, or visual element from the Website.
Distribute, publicly perform, broadcast, mirror, frame, license, sell, or exploit our footage or images for commercial or competitive purposes.
Remove, obscure, or alter any watermark, copyright notice, digital signature, or proprietary attribution displayed on our films or photographs.
Use our portfolio films, stills, or couple likenesses to promote another videographer, photography studio, venue, or commercial service without prior written licensing.
D. Prohibition on Artificial Intelligence (AI) Training & Data Mining
Stafford Films strictly reserves all rights under copyright law against automated text, data mining, and machine learning scraping:
You are strictly prohibited from using any video, still frame, audio track, or written text appearing on this Website to train, fine-tune, test, develop, or inform any artificial intelligence model, machine learning algorithm, neural network, computer vision system, or generative video/image platform (e.g., Sora, Runway, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or similar tools).
You may not deploy any automated robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or deep-link extraction tool to access, index, or harvest data from this Website.
